TMP is a worldwide company with a local office at Hyannis. TMP is best known for its "monster" division enabling employers and job searchers to connect with each other. In Hyannis resumes are processed from there original form (fax, letter, e-mail attachment) to a database enabled (XML) file. One of the applications we developed was the duplicate checking database. This database would enable the user to import a text file, check the name and first name of the applicant against the names in a more then 200.000 names table and according to the action desired (new, duplicate, foreign,....) move the text file to another directory for further processing. The project included reports to follow up on the workload and quality.
