The vision and mission of the AmeriCorps Cape Cod program is to offer a diverse group of trained adults a 10-month, full time, residential living opportunity serving the critical environmental and disaster preparedness needs of the fifteen towns within Barnstable County. Our goal is to address community needs through service.
Americorps' was using a database that was not storing the information in a proper way, mostly because of the way the tables and forms were set up allowed users to introduce data in a wrongful way. The new system needed to be set-up so that wrongful data-entry would be almost impossible.
